What we can help with

Questions about something we published, including corrections, sources, or a claim you think is wrong. Tell us the page and we will review it.
Privacy requests. Ask what data we hold about your visit, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop recording your sessions.
Advertising and editorial enquiries.

What we cannot help with

We are a publisher, not a seller. We cannot look up your order, change an address, cancel a subscription, or issue a refund, because we never receive your order details. Those requests have to go to the merchant whose checkout you bought from, using the contact information in your order confirmation email. If you have lost that email, write to us and we will point you to the right place.

Medical questions

We cannot answer questions about your health or advise you on whether a product suits you. Please speak with a qualified healthcare professional.
